  PNP into Zwiesel Giacomo Conterno Sensory glass (“Flower” day): Deep golden to the eyes.
  
  ‘Gobo’ (burdock) rooty notes infused preserved citrus fruits like lemons with peels, orchard fruits like golden apples, hints of stone fruits like apricots. Highly detailed minty spices and floral, saline notes.
  
  Lots of energy and focus on palate with high acidity, saline minerality, with biscuity notes more evident on palate than nose and a long lingering finish.
  
  This 94-95 points easy. Amazing quality here.

  Crispy, clean biscuit with rounded depth and minerality. Lemon zest on the nose and on the finish, fine but vivacious bubbles, white flowers and hint of white peach on the palette. Beautiful, clean, round, ripe fruit with a nice uncompromising balance.
