Monday, August 31, 2020 - I had this several weeks back and didnt keep any notes. But this was memorable. Juicy, vinous, with vibrant acidity, and a mineral spine. Somewhat different from the norms, and not particularly fizzy as it warmed up to room temperature in the glass.
