Saturday, March 9, 2019 - From a nice looking bottle with a 1.5 cm fill, this wine had a deep yellow center and clear rims. The medium+ intensity nose emanated green apple, white flowers, hazelnut, and minerals.

In mouth, this wine's acidity was strong enough to make the very ripe fruit seem almost underripe. The wine was almost too young when first opened and needed several hours to show itself. When it did, it was gorgeous and very pure. The finish was somewhat subtle but amazing.

This wine is incredible and just coming into its drinking window. Enjoy over the next 10-15 years.
