  From a lovely looking bottle, this wine had a medium gold center and clear rims. The wine had an unfiltered look to it. The high- intensity nose was classic green apples, toasted hazelnuts, minerals, citrus, and some pear.
  
  In the mouth, this wine was very rich and ripe but not in the least ponderous because of the fine grained, fully integrated acidity. The length weas stupendous. The toasted oak notes were a bit strong but I ended up enjoying them as they matched the wine's overall intensity.
  
  While ready, this will last another decade if well stored.

  From a nice looking bottle with a 1.5 cm fill, this wine had a deep yellow center and clear rims. The medium+ intensity nose emanated green apple, white flowers, hazelnut, and minerals.
  
  In mouth, this wine's acidity was strong enough to make the very ripe fruit seem almost underripe. The wine was almost too young when first opened and needed several hours to show itself. When it did, it was gorgeous and very pure. The finish was somewhat subtle but amazing.
  
  This wine is incredible and just coming into its drinking window. Enjoy over the next 10-15 years.

  Really good, fully mature White Burgundy with a nutty aged character balanced by perfect acidity. The finish is complex and shows mature flavors of caramel, honey and smoky minerals. So balanced and fine with a few years of life left.

  Golden palate with hints of flowers. This bottle was moderately advanced past peak so not representative of the best bottles, however good energy remaining on the finish.

  Another go with this beauty, this bottle bot on release. Nose pretty nutty, then white flowers, slight honey and caramel emerged. Still alive and very youthful, palate with great definition and linearity. Great balance and amazing length to match, white wines can hardly get better than this.
