Wednesday, April 11, 2018 - Give it time and air, it really shined on night two. Lovely nose of blueberry reduction, brulee and violets. Blueberry carries over across the palate, adding notes of currants, black cherry, graphite, mocha and pencil shavings. Soft tannins, the fruit lingers pleasantly - really delicious.

After night one I wasn't sure this was at the same level as their Boushey or McKinley offerings, it just needs some serious air to open up.
