Saturday, June 17, 2017 - Nice straw yellow color. Floral aroma, with hints of honeysuckle? Flavors of both green apple and pear jump out at you, and there are hints of butter hiding in there somewhere. Nice balanced acidity. In my opinion, this Chardonnay is not the best napa wine out there by any means, but I enjoyed it very much. The price is very acceptable for the quality you are getting. Would highly recommend taking a tour of the vineyard and the castle (probably one of the most interesting places to visit in napa).
