Sunday, December 10, 2023 - Pop n poured. Dark fruit plum cassis. Nose was almost overwhelming stewed fruit but over time calmed down. Full bodied behemoth. Didnt think alcohol was too noticeable as other notes mentioned. Probably a quick decant would help for next ones
