Wednesday, December 23, 2020 - Agree with Dale M- balanced, complex and complete. Really good Gewurtztraminer. Gold tinged yellow. Lychee, mint, flowers and a bit of smoke. Full bdied, oily mouth feel with a creamy finish. As Dale M says, Gewurtztraminer will never be the most acidic white wine but that having been said, this does have some acidic drive. There is also some good phenolic bitterness at the end. Over all beautifully balanced and elegant for such a big wine.
