Wednesday, August 16, 2023 - Pale gold. Pronounced autolytic notes on the nose - mushrooms, soy, more developed than I'd expect on a 2008 tete de cuvee. Rich palate of green apples, soy, stones; creamy texture, fine-boned lime acidity and reasonable length.
