Monday, April 24, 2023 - Nose reveals coffee grinds, umami, truffle, and marmalade. Medium bodied with good density and purity revealing slightly bitter marmalade and orangey notes - quite delicious and real sense of harmony. For some reason on my handwritten TN I wrote "try with creamy cheese"!
