Sunday, February 20, 2022 - From a perfect bottle, thia wine had a deep yellow center and clear rims. The medium intensity nose took 6 hours in a decenter to fully develop. It put forth vanilla pudding, lemons, white stone, and apples.

In the mouth, this had richness but modest complexity and length for many hours. Finally, the wine developed substantially more structure and complexity. At this point it had very good length.

Even after it developed, this was overall a balance, integrated, and refined wine. It had lovely a white stone essence supported by fully integrated acidity. This wine will certainly not get any better but should last 5-10 years if stored like this bottle. Enjoy!
