Saturday, June 10, 2023 - Forest floor nose, dark color, very little amber, medium body, smooth in the mouth, some fine tannin, sweet finish. Delicious with air fried Masala Tandoori spiced Atlantic salmon. Obviously well stored bottle even though the cork was wet up to 2/3rds of length.
