Monday, January 28, 2019 - Delightful version of Riesling that packs significant power for the price point. Medium body, leggy, viscous, voluptuous. Nose of beeswax, peaches, lychee, stones. Slight hint of sweetness balanced by zippy acidity. This strikes me as a vintage that will reward longer term cellaring, so these will go to the bottom of the cellar and sleep till ‘25 or so. Great QPR here.
