Thursday, November 25, 2021 - Deep straw yellow color. Aromas of lemon oil dominate with a touch of warm baking spice, a hint of tropical fruit, honeycomb and chamomile. There’s a nice floral element as well. Rich texture, with lemon, dried honey, chamomile and lime flavors. Long finish. Sadly, our last bottle. This was a small sample poured off to check the bottle. The rest is back under cork and will be enjoyed with dinner in a little while.
