Sunday, April 23, 2023 - Bienvenue a Champagne; 4/20/2023-4/29/2023 (Les Crayeres, various restaurants, Les Avises and a many wonderful producers): I think now that we’ve gotten to have Prevost Rose maybe 3 times in a year which is a minor miracle since there’s so little of the wine. This was a fun find. We finished the meal with it so with the meat and also with dessert. A really excellent wine always. Very bright and fresh fruit style. Intense. Likes food a lot. Drinking well.
