Monday, September 14, 2020 - After two hour decant. Nose has notes of cranberry, dried dark fruits, like craisns and raisins. But with some lush juiciness. Drinking and the flavors are very bright and pronounced, Plenty of dark toasty fruits, some rose-petals, long fruity finish. Paired with a grilled NY strip and it was phenomenal, decant and drink now.
