This Cab is singing. Coravined the bottle over 4 nights. Ripe, juicy red fruit, with a spicy thread running through it. Loved this wine, and sad this is my last bottle.

Deep rich dark dried berries. Notes of coffee, dark cacao chocolate dust, fairly balanced but with the cocoa and coffee mid palate through finish. Tannins for me are nicely integrated. Great with the NY strips I grilled.

After two hour decant. Nose has notes of cranberry, dried dark fruits, like craisns and raisins. But with some lush juiciness. Drinking and the flavors are very bright and pronounced, Plenty of dark toasty fruits, some rose-petals, long fruity finish. Paired with a grilled NY strip and it was phenomenal, decant and drink now.

My first Home Ranch was the 2006 vintage. The '14 is dark, full bodied, rich, with some raisin taste. At first there were no tannins, then after being open several hours, I was able to taste them. As the poster below said, Best Home Ranch in years, and I couldn't agree more. I slow ox'd for 90 minutes before drinking. This is ready to go now, but some cellar time will allow this wine to find it's rhythm. Not much change on day 2. Drank this with a burger.

Decanted for 45 minutes and returned to the bottle. The best home ranch I have had. Ready to drink. Complex mouthful with trademark blue fruit and a dusty finish.

Good wine, silky tannins with nice fruit. Definitely drinkable now, but also wouldn't hurt with a couple more years in bottle.

Decanted for 60 minutes. Well-balanced cab with lots of dark fruit and moderate tannins. Long finish. Very good value.

Still early. Lots of tannin. Also a lot of fruit. Let this one sit a while longer. VERY tasty, but too early.

Aromatic nose. Black and blue fruit on the palate with a wonderful coffee bean and espresso finish.

Rich and delicious...black fruit and just enough acidity.
