Wednesday, April 26, 2017 - Obviously young but expressive. There’s some spearmint, white peach and mineral on the nose. It is textural in the mouth, layered with orchard fruits, lactic things and minerals. It is unctuous without being heavy in the slightest. It collects at a fine minerally point towards the end and then fans out. Brilliant stuff.
