Monday, September 28, 2020 - Wine lover1808’s observations in last note are same as mine as to it’s evolution, and longevity. I pick up more lime zest than lemon curd, but that’s being picky. Wonderful sense of place, beautiful white minerals throughout. I have the sense that the wine needs either greater vibrant acidity, or a bit more textural structure to tease GC quality, but it is what it is, no secrets, charms revealed, not exciting but well bred and delicious, shows best with roast chicken or veal.
