Friday, May 28, 2021 - PNP into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Fruit” day): Medium lemon to the eyes.

Rich bouquet of lemon curd, stone fruits like apricots and white peaches, fresh creme. Dried shrimps like saline minerality notes.

Very youthful, minerality driven and very subtle but rich.

94-95 points.

Second round: very much primary green apples. Minerality driven nose.

Third round: amazingly detailed marina like minerality.
