Saturday, February 3, 2007 - Y2 day in the Librije, Zwolle, Netherlands. (Yquem tasting) (De Librije, Zwolle, Netherlands.): Dark yellow. Honey. Very thick; a lot of glycerine. A lot of apricots and oranges. A charming wine which lacks a little in complexity compared to the other wines we tasted.
