One glass @ NoMad, NYC--served with coravin

C: Pale yellow
N: Slight, but intriguing
P: Very smooth and silky, with notes of honey and pear. Extremely long finish. Beautiful balance. Not cloying at all, in fact not especially sweet. But it really grows on you. Both concentrated and light at once, as if made by fairies.
