Tuesday, December 25, 2018 - Dried fruit, butterscotch, and cedar. Rich, plushly textured, but excess alcohol given the dry extract and fruit. This comes across as more like a straw wine than one driven by botrytis. A fine Sauternes but not a good Yquem.
