Thursday, March 27, 2014 - Golden yellow color. Wonderful and complex nose with over-ripe yellow fruits on the foreground, accompanied with honey aromas and some herbal hints also. Full-bodied. On the palate it's more than rich, with the same aromatic character and a hint of sweetness. The high alcohol (15%) is greatly balanced. Medium finish. I paired it with salmon pasta and it was great. Loved it!
