Golden yellow color. Wonderful and complex nose with over-ripe yellow fruits on the foreground, accompanied with honey aromas and some herbal hints also. Full-bodied. On the palate it's more than rich, with the same aromatic character and a hint of sweetness. The high alcohol (15%) is greatly balanced. Medium finish. I paired it with salmon pasta and it was great. Loved it!

Oinoroma Wine Fair 2014; 3/9/2014-3/10/2014: Clear, med lemon gold color. Clean, medium+ intensity, dense nose filled with ripe fruits, quince, line, pineapple, almond and walnut, mineral and youthful. The wine is off-dry (8gr), med+/full body and intensity, medium+ acidity and high alcohol (15%), vanilla sweetness, walnut and spicy oak (30 months), ripe peach, tin pineapple, well structured, dense, oaky, honey and a little burn from the alcohol in the med/med+ finish. Outstanding quality, premium price, drinking now but can definately hold.

Goldish yellow. Citrus, tropical fruit, orange zest, oaky scents. Full + body with high acidity, oily texture combined with high minerals; some residual sugars also appear. The wine is huge in the mouth but somehow it has a great balance and feel lighter than what you actually have in your mouth. Assyrtiko never cease to amaze me.

Vanilla, oak, and some smoke on the nose. Big, full body. Lots of grapefruit, minerals and toasty oak on the body. Huge acids on a tart finish. Maybe a touch of RS, too.
