Saturday, March 30, 2024 - A puzzle. On opening there was a blast of yeasty oatmeal and an intense palate impression even if bit raw. Later though it retreated and became simple and lemony. After a couple more hours it began to blossom some and a bit of the original character emerged. Presumably it will sort itself out in a few years.
