Share wine with those you love! This wine was enjoyed with an herb salmon and was a beautiful pairing. Rounded black cherry and black pepper spice. All the subtle nuances of this beautiful Pinot with 7 years of age was a beautifully balanced wine with a great obtunded character and youthful fruit profile that seemed like it could hold another 10 years. This is my last one of these, I'm very sorry to say so. Really wish I could find another half dozen as this one will hold beautifully.
