Monday, November 6, 2017 - 20 min decant. Blackberry, green pepper and a bit of anise to the nose. Smells HOT! Looks thin on the pour. But is a thick hot mess on the tongue. Black fruit and pepper with a lit of fairly unstructured young tannin notes. Blends to vanilla, white pepper with an almost brandy finish. Had to try this early and it is really good now but this needs to sit down for a bit to blend its way out to its best.
