Saturday, January 13, 2018 - Really tight right now. Red hot and juicy. Blackberry , plum, and dark cherries. Smoke and white pepper in th back. Needs time to bring out more interesting notes that are completely buried right now. Had without food but I anticipate it would pair well with heavier pork and chicken dishes with a sage or rosemary.
