Saturday, December 29, 2018 - A Zin that starts out like a Pinot. Medium to light body and opacity. Aromas of cellar, wet limestone and saline. The palate has red cherries and finishes with succulent jammyness.
Second night had a glass after a Cab and this had a more sweet finish, cherry lollipop flavor.
