Friday, December 16, 2022 - Golden colour. Intense on the butter, nail-polish and preserved citrus. Rich, creamy and intense mouthfeel. Perfectly balanced. Retained acidity but the warmth of the vintage shine though giving it a bit full-bodied structure. Peaches, nuts, preserved citrus. Lengthy finish w. hints of oxidation. Drink now.
