Thursday, January 4, 2024 - Long legs, lovely bouquet, tannins still pronounced and fruit beginning to fade. The cork was a bit dry through the core so maybe this bottle isn't a good representation. I have 5 bottles left so hoping that it is one off. After a good aeration the tannins began to soften, and the fruit came forward. Cabernet Sauvignon definitely takes center stage. Day 2: The tannins are still pronounced, and the fruit still receding, but that being said it still drinks nicely. Definitely punches above its original price point.
