Tuesday, June 16, 2020 - Opened in the bottle for three plus hours. More evolved and approachable than I was expecting. The nose radiates with dusty cherries, sweet strawberry and truffle. The palate follows suit but adds an intense cooling mineral element on the finish. Still highly acidic and tongue drying so needing a few years to mellow. Overall good not great but more enjoyable to drink than you’d expect.
