Sunday, February 27, 2022 - This is a nice improvement from when I last had this bottle in 2020. Opened in the bottle several hours on night one and it remained sharp/hot (though plenty of ripe red fruit showing). A pump overnight did the trick here to mellow it. The second day still had the ripeness but plenty of cool mineral, roses, truffle and tar to back. Tannins grip to your teeth but smoother overall. These need at least 5 more years but showing potential.
