Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Not sure what was wrong with this bottle but it was very vegetal with no structure. Watery texture and very savory. Some muted black fruit, herbs, smoke and game. Blind I would have guessed this was 20 plus years old California Syrah. Maybe it just needs time.
