Not sure what was wrong with this bottle but it was very vegetal with no structure. Watery texture and very savory. Some muted black fruit, herbs, smoke and game. Blind I would have guessed this was 20 plus years old California Syrah. Maybe it just needs time.

Even with my congested nose (a shame), the aromatics are huge on the initial pop. Think of a cold New York strip doused in rose oil. Floral and meaty perfume with some savory herb and very masculine fruit confronts you on the palate. Structurally it is not at all rough to me, but could use about 5 years for tannic integration. Acidity is excellent and I think the wine would show best at age 10-15. Very very nicely packaged shiraz.

Very soft, blackcurrant, spice and liquorice. Acidity medium+, tannins medium, high alcohol, 2 hour decant before tasting.
Has many years ahead

Smooth, vibrant and youthful. It will benefit from a couple of years in the cellar to settledown the acidity. Long finish!

Need an amt of time to decant to bring out the flavor. It is an excellent drop that take time to intergrate all the elements of oak and mulberry.

Glass cap instead of a cork.
