Wednesday, May 3, 2023 - PnP. Color is deep garnet. On the nose: Violets, pepper, bit of vanilla and chocolate, cassis and plum. On the palate: Chocolate, violets, plum, iron and spice notes. This is really tasty. I have been cellaring since I got my Ridge ATP shipment way back when. Incredible effort. Stands up well to Rhone Valley originals. I think its peak for drinking but plenty of life left as well. This wine is worth seeking out.
