Sunday, May 21, 2017 - Last night with friends. A bordeaux like nose. Earth and fruits. Very impressive. Everything is coming together now but has enough structure to cellar for another 10 years. Very good taste and finish. Decanted for 1 1/2 hours and drank over next one hour. Today it could have used 3 hours decanting as it got better in the glass and some of the heat started to go away. That's how young it still is.
