Sunday, February 14, 2021 - Rock hard structure and tannins here that need quite a few more years to breakdown. Drank over the course of two days and didn’t budge much. Beautifully expressive nose of truffle, leather, cherry and rose leads into a tart mineral dominated palate. Doable with food but not a ton of pleasure at this stage. Upward potential for a few more points but for now the nose it’s the draw.
