Monday, July 31, 2023 - Burgundies at 67PM: Not very interesting to begin with as the reduction dominated. So lean and bland, thought it might have even been a middle-of-the-road Chablis. Showed its pedigree with air. Excellent focus and minerality, vibrant lemon zest. Very youthful still and the last sip was the best.
