Thursday, November 28, 2019 - Remarkably good...and I'm not the biggest syrah fan but this has classic smoke and bacon fat, lots of bacon fat and some smoked meat. Excellent balance. Nice for a change and good for Thanksgiving, but not a frequent drinker for me.
