Tuesday, December 29, 2009 - Opened at 19 PM on christmas eve, let it breathe for 2 hours.
Smell of caramel, figs and cherries. Pale pink colour.
Taste of red fruit, caramel, marzipan. Very gentle and soft. It still has enough tannins in it to last another 5 years.
Excellent tearing in the glass, looks like syrup. My friends were impressed by this wine.
