Saturday, April 1, 2023 - Balanced ripe red/black cherry, touch of gunflint that blew off pretty quick, low tannic grip, low acid.
Easy to quaff, but the lack of a stiffer tannin/acid backbone suggests (to me) that this is not going to evolve / improve significantly. Drink up next 3-5 years, I'd say.
