Thursday, August 24, 2017 - Such an amazingly complex nose. Predominantly red fruit, rose petals and tobacco leaf on the nose, with more ripe red fruit notes coming through as the wine opens in the glass. Enjoyable baking spice notes, herbs such as sage, and vanilla are present as well. Tannins and alcohol are well-integrated, medium acidity and finish. I've had other Langhe Nebbiolo offerings from Produttori and GD Vajra and must say this is my favorite of the three.
