Sunday, April 21, 2019 - Other notes said this was almost viscous. We didn’t get that at all. This was elegant, light on its feet, more playful than Chave, but a serious wine nonetheless. We have a Rhône White tasting this week, we will bring another bottle and see what our Rhône-ophile friends think. We absolutely loved it, paired with a smoked trout dish that was to die for.
