Tuesday, December 26, 2023 - High fine-grained tannins, high acidity. Primary aromas/flavours of black cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry, black pepper. Moderte secondary aromas/flavours of cedar and toast. Hint of leather, forest floor and barn. Well balanced tannins, acidity, and concentration. Long finiah. An outstanding wine. Keep for another 5-8 years.
