Sunday, October 13, 2019 - From 37,5cl screwcap. Some CO2 bubbles, gorgeous cooler-year Hölle Kabinett, with bright acidity, strong mineral backbone and the zing noted by Xavier Auerbach back in 2017 still very present. Lovely stuff anytime between now and the late 2020s (from 75cl, that is). 90P
