Thursday, September 14, 2017 - This bottle was a little more gamey and funky than the last, the fruit took a backseat to notes of coffee, chocolate, herbs and seared meat. We splashed decanted and gave about 45 before the first glass which wasn't enough air time to really let the wine come into it's own.
