Monday, January 29, 2024 - More aggressive mousse on opening and leaned more into citrus before air, but really came into its own in the glass. More rich apple and orchard fruit, some minerality, but benefited from the dosage. I remember not being so impressed with some of the newer entry-level NV bottlings from Moussé, but this was clearly a step up and I'll be on the lookout for more.
