Friday, January 7, 2022 - At Anhelo in Phoenx trying to decide which bottle as there are waaay to many of my favorites at reasonable prices to choose from so… seeing my struggle they said let’s Coravin cool stuff- yes and thank you.

Started off with Billecart Salmon Rose (wife favorite) followed by 2019 Jadot Montrachet and two reds, 2015 Onda and 2018 Marquis d’Alesme with the main course- so cool.

The onda was firing on all cylinders- in a perfect spot and will stay here for a while and might even improve a bit. So well made, dark berries, earth, dark chocolate, and delicious spice. 93+
